Target: Coupon Policy Updated

Target has a new coupon policy, yes again.  We will not be able to get a lot of Target coupons anymore!  I know I hate it, too.  Here is my understanding of the policy:

*  Can not print more then 2 per computer
*  Can not print them from the kiosk in the store anymore
*  Can not accept Target Coupon Generator coupons
*  Will not know the expiration date until printed
